Our Story
Bobi Bowl Restaurant was founded in January 2024 by the dynamic duo, Chef Bobby Sutanto and Sylvana Sari, with a shared vision of bringing innovative and flavorful cuisine to every table.
Chef Bobby, known for his passion for creating bold, fusion-inspired dishes, combines his culinary expertise with Sylvana’s keen eye for detail and hospitality to deliver an exceptional dining experience.

Having worked as a Head Chef in various high-end restaurants and hotels in Dubai, Chef Bobby has the ability to manage the restaurant operational effectively.
As the visionary behind Bobi Bowl, Chef Bobby has crafted a menu that blends gourmet quality with the convenience of fast-casual dining, focusing on flavorful, well-crafted rice bowls that surprise and delight.
Sylvana Sari
With a strong background in hospitality and business management, Sylvana plays a key role in curating the restaurant’s concept, menu, and overall guest experience.
Her vision for Bobi Bowl is to create a dining experience that combines gourmet flavors with the convenience of fast-casual dining, making high-quality, delicious meals accessible to everyone.
Chef Christoffery Hofman
Chef Christoffery is the Head Chef at Bobi Bowl, where he leads the kitchen with his passion for bold flavors and culinary innovation.
At Bobi Bowl, Chef Christo oversees the creation of the restaurant’s signature gourmet rice bowls, ensuring each dish is crafted with precision, balance, and flair.
Chef Rangga Dwi Putra
Having worked in a variety of high-profile kitchens, Chef Rangga is known for his meticulous attention to detail and his ability to create bold, harmonious flavor profiles.
In his role at Bobi Bowl, he supports Chef Christoffery in overseeing kitchen operations, perfecting recipes, and ensuring every dish meets the highest standards of quality and taste.
